Turning leadership into something larger than the individual leader.
Impact is what remains when identity, purpose, and earned credibility begin strengthening other people, teams, and communities.

From Accent to Authority does not sit beside my leadership work—it explains where much of it came from.
Every struggle became a lesson. Every breakthrough changed how I understood leadership. And over time, those experiences began shaping the principles I would later study, teach, and apply with other leaders.

A career that expanded from project leadership into enterprise leadership, graduate education, doctoral research, and leadership teaching—connecting lived experience with a deeper understanding of how leaders and organizations develop.
